UK Customers:

 
Delivery policy, we aim to deliver in 5-7 days, orders received before 12noon are dispatched between 3-5 days. Orders placed after 12noon will be despatched the next day. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by couriers.
International Customers:
Unfortunately, we do not sell to international customers at this moment. All orders are to be delivered within the UK.
 

Returns / Refunds / Exchanges / Cancellation policy:

  • For your peace-of-mind, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, just return the product in its’ original unopened condition within 28 days from the date of purchase for a full refund (excluding postage costs). Due to the hygiene nature of these products, I am afraid we are unable to accept returns for anything other than a mistake by DeadWax.
  • The cost of postage will not be included in the refund (unless the fault was ours) and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the unwanted products.
  • We can refund or exchange unopened products if returned within 28 days of the date of purchase in their original unopened condition.
  • If there is a fault with the garment or an error was made on our part then we will accept full responsibility, accepting the returned goods, and covering additional delivery costs.
