SHIPPING
DeadWax will process all orders within 3-5 working days of receipt of your order. We use best quality packaging to make sure your items arrive in perfect condition. Your order will then be despatched through Hermes (no signature required).
For all UK orders please allow 5-7 working days for our delivery partners.
Please note: DeadWax are only able to offer shipping within the UK
Due to the quick turnaround we have with our orders, if you accidentally put an incorrect address on please let us know as quickly as possible. If we haven’t already despatched, we will change it for you.

Returns
We would hope that there would never be an issue with any of our products, but if for any reason there is please contact our team so we can resolve any hiccups straight away for you. info@deadwaxofficial.com
We take great care in using the best packaging to get your items to you in perfect condition, however should there be any damage please send a photo/order number within 24 hours of receipt to info@deadwaxofficial.com and we will resolve this for you. We will then organise for a replacement to be sent out to you.
Due to the hygiene nature of these products, I am afraid we are unable to accept returns for anything other than a hiccup at our end.
